Push Sports is supporting a very interesting project called ‘The Secret Balance of Champions - Health Challenges in Elite Sport’. This project is about a book which includes interviews with 32 elite athletes about health challenges they might face during or after their careers.
Our driving force is to enable people to practice sports in a safe and healthy way and contributing to a good and safe sporting environment. Therefore, we are very proud to contribute to this book comprising beautiful and inspiring stories of elite athletes about their health.
The book includes interviews with 32 athletes, amongst others Mo Farah, Chris Froome, Petr Czech, Kiki Bertens and Arjen Robben. The release of the book will be on February 4th, 3 – 5 PM and can be viewed by a livestream which will be available
from our website. Several current and former athletes including Marco van Basten will take part!
In The Secret Balance of Champions – Health Challenges in Elite Sport, the athletes talk about coping with injuries, mental health, motivation, fitness and life after sport. Each of the 32 athlete interviews is accompanied by photos and an online video accessible via a QR barcode.
